Master students—Reservation for Long Term Study Carrels

FRIST : Log on to the website of NDHU Library Username: Student ID Number or Area Resident Certificat NumberPassword: the last four numbers of Student ID or Area Resident Certificat ID

Step 1. Select the third one ( 場地預約 ) “ Reservation ” on the left column

Step 2. Select ( 長期借用研究小間 )“Long Term Study Carrel” on the left column.

Step 3.Choose ( 申請長期研究小間借用 )“Applications for Long Term Study Carrel”

Step 4. Ensure to comply with service policies. Now just click on ( 確認 )“Confirm” or press “Enter.”

If “Confirm” or the up-down scroll on the left hand does not appear, please adjust your computer’s dpi(1024 x 768) .

Step 5. Make sure individual information is correct and that the third item has been checked ( 是 )“Yes” or ( 否 )“No” . Step 6. Next, click on ( 確定儲存 )“Save.”

This item is an agreement on willingness to be distributed if there are less than fifteen days to use. If you check ( 否 )“No”, that means you have to use completely for 28 days and are not qualified to have a vacant post.

Step 7. The order number of reservation could be ignored, and click on ( 確 認 )“Confirm.” After that, the mail will be automatically sent to inform you of succeeding in reserving.

Step 8. After successfully applying, ( 預約順位 )“the order number” of reservation will show up. According to the order, you can figure out the latest possibility of distribution.

Step 9. You can check the state at any time on ( 我的預約清單 )“My Reservation List” below the ( 讀者專區 )“Reader’s Area”.Please log out if leaving.If it is time to use, the mail will be automatically sent to inform you of the date and the distributed room.
