Where will my Level IV eligible child be assigned for Middle School?

It depends on your address, but the choice is yours...

If your child is currently attending a level IV center elementary school:

○ Your eligible child has been assigned to Sandburg and placed in Level IV Classes.

○ You do not need to take any action.

If your child is currently attending a non-center elementary school:

● Your eligible child has been assigned to Whitman MS and may select Honors classes. If this is what you want, you do not need to take action.

● If you want your child to attend Sandburg for the Level IV center:

Submit the Full-Time AAP Level IV School Transfer/Reactivation Form by May 15th.
