Don’t reward bad behavior… Ø If you don’t tell an employee that they are not doing something right, you are hurting them

v They can’t save their job because they don’t know better v You are failing them by letting them become useless

Ø Don’t condone bad behavior by ignoring it Ø You are not being “mean” by correcting people.
