•  Higher Educa+on Strategy : The disrup+on coming by the MOOCs Universi2es have not changed much since students first gathered in Oxford and Bologna in the 11th century. Un2l recently a student needed to be in a lecture hall to hear the professor or around a table to debate with fellow students. Teaching has been constrained by technology and now disrup2ve innova2on is impac2ng industries like educa2on. Coursera, EdX and others are offering Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that are a challenge for Universi2es. Innova2on is elimina2ng the old constraints, so what are the new higher educa2on emerging strategies?

This growing segment of the business landscape oRen uses maturing digital channels to create greater reach, more efficient exchanges, or to improve overall value to par2cipants. •  Project Management vs. Project Managers. Analysis based on data collected from 350 Project Managers and 350 FuncKonal Managers of organizaKonal structures applied to manage projects in 10 different industrial companies. What is the relaKve percepKon of how projects are managed in the same company when we compare Project Managers and FuncKonal Manager?

•  Project porPolio management in social innova+on projects PeculiariKes and mechanisms of Project Porkolio Management (PPM) in the domain of social innovaKon. What differs with respect to other contexts (e.g., project selecKon and evaluaKon, monitoring tools, feasibility analysis and stakeholder engagement).
