Collaborations and Partnerships
Community Outreach
MOMS Helpline makes a consistent effort to get connected with
community members and help raise awareness in communities about
the resources and information available. Through the community
outreach efforts, MOMS Helpline has been able to inform the
communities about infant mortality and available resources.
External Partnership
MOMS Helpline partners with
external organizations to be able
to get all resources and act as
the hub for partnerships between
organizations. MOMS Helpline
has a partnership with 2-1-1 to
ensure more access to resources
in Indiana.
Internal Partnership
MOMS Helpline utilizes different
internal programs and assists programs
that are coordinated internally by
informing community members about
the programs. Through the most recent
partnership, MOMS Helpline will be
serving as the centralized access point
for the Help Me Grow Indiana program
that is anticipated to be launched soon.

campaign, a product of ISDH in cooperation with other
organizations. To combat unacceptable rates of infant mortality in
Indiana, ISDH, through its Maternal & Child Health Division, is
initiating a statewide sustained education and outreach effort. This has
been identified as the agency’s No. 1 priority.
