    Extended Part

    • For the extension syllabus in Mathematics, you may

    select only one from :

    – Module 1 (M1) : Calculus and Statistics

    – Module 2 (M2) : Algebra and Calculus

    • The extended syllabus will be covered in S5 and S6.

    • One M1 and one/two M2 classes will be offered.

    • The quota of each class is 35.

    Extended Part

    The mathematics overall performance (the

examination marks) in S4 determines your rank

    in the selection process.

    • Overall marks

    = 0.3 Mid-year exam scores + 0.7 Final exam scores

For students who do not have extension

    In S5 & S6,

    • Drilling exercises will be provided to strengthen the problem solving techniques and help students to adapt the format of the HKDSE mathematics papers
