Mathematics
The Mathematics Department has a reputation for quality programs. Our graduates are very successful in entering the careers of their choices, and a number of graduate fellowships are given to our graduates by many of the best known mathematics departments in the country. If that sounds like an equation for success, and you’re up for the work, Mathematics just might be for you.
Speaking of numbers, how many careers are available for those with Mathematics degrees? Possible careers/fields of work include: statistics, operational research, sabermetrics, teaching, consulting, computer programming, actuary, engineering, accounting, finance, cryptology and ecologist.
