In 2018, we introduced our vision and values that support our updated mission statement. We also began the process of reinventing our events and member benefits in order to deliver on the promises made to our members. We anticipate the transition continuing through 2019 with additional new programs and exciting changes. Our nearly 400 members represent the core business community in Monroe County. The involvement of The Chamber in the business community is substantial and our efforts to deliver education, networking, and resources to our business partners are well-recognized. Unfortunately, the Chamber industry is experiencing a number of challenges including shrinking membership and decreasing participation. As a result, many standards in the industry are being questioned and redefined. The Monroe County Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to thoughtful engagement designed to provide continuing value to our members. We look forward to serving our membership in a more meaningful and measurable fashion in 2019 and beyond. We are positioning The Chamber to deliver remarkable experiences, share a contagious passion, and remain focused on you! Your continued support and engagement is appreciated and necessary for the success of business in Monroe County. Matt Matthew D. Budds RCO Law

Our mission is to promote

the growth and success of business in Monroe

County

Dear Member,

Your Chamber team is hopeful that 2018 was the successful starting point of the next era in the history of the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce.
