Proficient in contract interpretation and negotiation: o Worked with Outside Counsel to introduce legislation for Net Profit Share Reduction and Royalty Reduction in Alaska. Developed and presented a uniform process for providing the backup documentation requested from external CPA firm auditors to prevent the department from going over its budgeted hours as happened the year before.
