System approach • Feasibility study• System integration• Demonstration vehicle

Factory logistics• Component sourcing• Installation method

ResultSound system solution adopted into 3 models

Launch – Q2 2004

At NXT’s Technology Centre in Huntingdon, acoustics engineer Matthew Taylor was soon on the case. He says: ‘TVR’s designers were very keen on the concept of invisible speakers. We did some tests with direct-drive door panels but that route proved to be unsuitable.’The ideal solution came in the form of the Mini AFR drivers. The NXT team set up a trial system in a Tuscan development car and the designers were impressed – so much so that it was decided that the speakers should be fitted in all the new 2005 models: the Tuscan 2, Sagaris and the T350 - Review excerpt from Network magazine

Macally’s new TunePro stood out for a few reasons: its front mirror surface delivers an eye-catching industrial design, especially with a digital clock subtly integrated into its top right corner, while FM radio tuning and a single, simple alarm provide more features for the dollar than earlier flat-panel offerings from companies such as Kensington. As an office desk clock and iPod speaker, it’s a cool design.
