Safety First at ChurchKeep yourself and others safe in church. Please

consider the following tips to help reduce medical incidents during worship.

Dehydration: Drink plenty of fluids in the morning-arrive at church hydrated and ready to go. Reminder- this does not include coffee!

Rising Suddenly: Stay seated or rise slowly when asked to stand in worship.

Blood Pressure fluctuation: Get your blood pressure checked: Follow up regularly with your primary care provid-er and have BP and medications monitored.

Nutrition: Eat breakfast before coming to church. Eating a regular meal prior to attending worship will help prevent low blood sugar issues and gives you energy for the days activities.

Illness: If not feeling well, stay at home and watch the worship service online: saintandrews.org.

Three-Stream ReceptaclesHave you ever been daunted by

the three-stream waste receptacles? Maybe even a bit annoyed? Great news! Now that St. Andrew’s is buying compostable cups and wooden stir sticks, everything from worship refreshments can go right into the Organic waste stream! Cookies, napkins, cups, sticks...all of it is organic material now. That means less goes into Trash, and that saves money which means more for other important ministries. Thanks for taking a moment to make the right choices.

Help Us Get to Know You Better! We are updating our records to include pictures of our

members. If you would like to have your photo included, email a picture of you and/or your family to [email protected].
