Wild Katz
Join us for the Wild Katz Dance Team's end of the year performance onWednesday, May 29th at 1:30 p.m. in the St. Mike's gym! The girls havebeen working hard on their routine and are excited to show everyonetheir dance! There wil l be other dances by some of the dance teammembers as well. Please come and enjoy, and find out more about ourplans for next year!"
Youth 1st Team AwardsCongratulations to the St. Michael Blues 8th Grade Boys and St. Michael Blues 6th Grade Girlsyouth basketball teams on being selected for a Youth 1st Team Award!
As the premier youth basketball event in Minnesota, MYAS Grade State is about showcasingthe kids and competition, not the negativity of unsportsmanlike behavior of players,coaches, and spectators that tends to creep into youth events. MYAS and Youth 1st areexcited to recognize the teams and associations that received exemplary scores from theofficials for their sportsmanship and positive conduct during the tournament. The Youth 1stTeam Award recognizes positive behavior from players, coaches and everyone associatedwith the team (parents, fans and spectators). Well done!

Mrs. Power and Mrs. Morgan are in search of clear Contactpaper rolls to finish covering the books from their latestclassroom library book grant. A requirement of the grant is thatall books are covered before students may check them out toread. Thank you for your help!
Marathon 2019-2020
We are excited to kick off our of2019-2020 Marathon and we are"Wild about St. Mike's!"
Students in K-7 were asked todraw what "Wild about St. Mike's,"means to them. One of theirdesigns will be chosen for the t-shirt for the 2019-2020 Marathon.
School staff narrowed down all ofthe amazing designs to their top5. Students will have the chanceto vote for their favorite startingTuesday, May 27th in the multi-purpose room. After votingconcludes the top 3 will beannounced the week of June 3rd. Students will learn the winning design the first day of the2019-2020 school year!
We are so proud of all the hard work and excited to see the winning design! Take a peak athe top 5!
Summer StretchLately, do you catch yourself daydreaming about theexhilarating feeling of summer fun? Although it may seemlike a distant dream, summer is fast approaching and it istime to start planning your summer adventures. Join us onThursdays this summer as we put our faith into action byserving our community all while having fun with friends.Spend your mornings in faith and service, and your
afternoons in recreation! Summer Stretch invites any and all students entering grades 6-8 in Fall 2019 tobecome Stretchers and those entering 9th grade or older to become Summer Stretch Leaders.

SCRIP
The final date for Scrip purchases to be applied towards the 2018-2019 Scrip tuition commitmentis Friday, May 31st. All purchases made June-forward will apply to the 2019-2020 school year. Scrip special orders should be placed no later than May 29th to ensure delivery prior to the lastday of school. For assistance or questions, please email [email protected].
Volunteers are needed to sell Scrip gift cards after select weekend masses. Volunteer obligationsare a minimal commitment: 15-minutes following mass, once a month. Scrip is a gift cardfundraiser with proceeds directly benefitting St. Michaels. For more information or to volunteer,please email [email protected].
St. Michael Church Nursery is OPEN!
The Nursery is available Sundays during Mass and is located inthe lower level of the church. The Nursery is looking for bothteen and adult volunteers. Sign up HERE.
