“Same,butdifferent,”saidJoey.“Onceinawhile.”
“Haveanyplansfortheweekend?”
“IthoughtI’dcallmymotherforMother’sDayandall,”saidJoey.

Laura Dekker is a Dutch sailor and the youngestto sail alone across Earth (solo circumnavigation)! She was 16, and her voyage took place upon her 40” 2-mast ketch named Guppy, and took1 year + 5 months!

Sailboats
A sailboat is a boat propelled,at least partly, and sometimes
entirely by sails.
In the 1700s, many kinds of sailing vessels were used by the Spanish,
the French & the Greeks to sail around the Mediterranean Sea and trade goods. One such vessel was
the Zebec or Xebec, which had three masts with sails, and also had
oars for propulsion. The famous Spanish navy (or Armada) hadmany different kinds of Zebecs.
