2017 Single Family and Non-Residential permits may include permits issued in the Trinity Falls Municipal Utility District and McKinney’s ETJ. In May 2017, 30 single family permits valued at $11,590,560 were issued in the Trinity Falls MUD and ETJ. In the 2017 calendar year, 114 single family permits valued at $42,528,576 and 0 non-residential permits valued at $0 have been issued in the Trinity Falls MUD and ETJ .
