Then…resurrection Sunday!Miracle of miracles! Jesus arosefrom the grave! Hallelujah! Savedfrom the sting of death. The stonerolled away! He walked andtalked once again! The dreamwas reborn—rebuilt! Christbreathed new life into the future of humankind.

The economy of the past few years has had a devastatingimpact on our ministry—in fact, we have wondered many timesif the Hour of Power would come to an end. And yet, God hascontinued to breathe new life into our ministries through manywho are helping us and praying for us as we rebuild Crystal

Cathedral Ministries. He continues to encourage us —primarilythrough YOU—to continue to believe.

You, likewise, may need to rebuild your life, to have God breatheinto you a new nature…His new life. Perhaps you need to rebuild amarriage that has crumbled under the pressures of life. When the melody goes out of life, when the sunis gone, when the bell no longer rings, life is

flat and dull, when you’ve lost enthusiasm for livingand no longer have adream, what do you do?The answer lies in abeautiful passage in theBible, Ephesians 4:23: “Berenewed in the spirit ofyour mind.”

Recite this verse aloudright now: “I will berenewed in the spirit of mymind.” Say it one moretime: “I will be renewed inthe spirit of my mind.” Sayit often. Say the verse withenergy. “I will be renewed

in the spirit of my mind.”The young flight attendant on an airplane

recognized me and said, “Dr. Schuller, if I can have afew moments, I’d like totalk to you.” She beganto pour out her life story.She told me how shewas married for three

and a half years,and how her

husband wasunfaithful to her, and

beat her up. She said, “I thought to myself, ‘If I can’t beat him, I’lljoin him.’ So, I startedrunning around.”

Then, of course, the

guilt spilled out. Shesaid, “I feel so guilty.Can you help me?”

I said, “I think Ican point you to One

who can help you.” Then I introduced her to my bestfriend—Jesus Christ.

She took hold of my hand, we bowed our heads,and I prayed for her. When Ifinished, the tears wererolling out. She had adream again that her lifecould be clean, noble,beautiful, and honorable.She was renewed with afresh enthusiasm.
