THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BAY BY-LAW NO. 2018-33 Being a By—law to provide for the execution of an amendment to a Site Plan Agreement with the owner of the land described as Part Lot 31, Concession 2, Baxter, designated as Part 9, Plan 35R-22329; Township of Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka. WHEREAS the Owner is desirous of further development on the land known as, Part Lot 31, Concession 2, Baxter, designated as Part 9, Plan 35R-22329; Township of Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka. AND WHEREAS pursuant to By—law97-3 passed by the Council of the Township of Georgian Bay; it is deemed necessary that the Owner enter into a Site Plan Agreement with respect to the development control items contained in the Agreement as a condition of permitting the proposed development to proceed; AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay deems it expedient to require the Owner to enter into a site plan agreement pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, 5.41 as a condition of permitting the proposed development to proceed; NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BAY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay amend the Site Plan Agreement by including Schedule “B” which is attached hereto and forms a part hereof. 2. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute such Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay and to affix thereto the Corporate Seal of the Township and to deliver the same on behalf on the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay.
