THE CORPORATION OFTHE TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BAY

BY-LAW NO. 2018-33

Being a By—law to provide for the execution of anamendment to a Site Plan Agreement with the owner

of the land described as Part Lot 31, Concession 2,Baxter, designated as Part 9, Plan 35R-22329;

Township of Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka.

WHEREAS the Owner is desirous of further development on the land known as,Part Lot 31, Concession 2, Baxter, designated as Part 9, Plan 35R-22329; Townshipof Georgian Bay, District Municipality of Muskoka.

AND WHEREAS pursuant to By—law97-3 passed by the Council of the Township ofGeorgian Bay; it is deemed necessary that the Owner enter into a Site PlanAgreement with respect to the development control items contained in theAgreement as a condition of permitting the proposed development to proceed;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Baydeems it expedient to require the Owner to enter into a site plan agreementpursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, 5.41 as a condition of permittingthe proposed development to proceed;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIPOF GEORGIAN BAY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay amend the Site PlanAgreement by including Schedule “B” which is attached hereto and forms apart hereof.

2. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to executesuch Agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the Township of GeorgianBay and to affix thereto the Corporate Seal of the Township and to deliverthe same on behalf on the Corporation of the Township of Georgian Bay.
