    REASONS FOR SELECTING THETOPIC FOR RESEARCH

    The researcher has selected the topic to get a betterinsight about customer satisfaction & public opinion aboutTATA NANO car. This study would also help the customerto know more about the marketing strategies applied byTATA MOTORS . The car being positioned as a car forlower class people, its promotional strategies will be muchmore useful to know the middle class customer psychologyfor the luxury products like car. Investigation into theappropriateness of Tata Nano cars promotional strategieswill reveal the intricacies of the customer psychology whichin turn can be utilized for other small scale industries &their products.
