Agreement of Liability I, the undersigned parent/guardian, hereby releases and holds harmless Lawrence Technological University, its employees, the LTU Summer Camp Program, and its

employees from any and all liability occurring during the participation of the undersigned minor child. In particular, the undersigned parent/guardian

acknowledges that he/she and such minor child will not hold LTU or the LTU Summer Camp Program liable for any expenses, property damages, personal

injuries and/or death sustained by such minor child while participating. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be legally binding upon the undersigned

parent/guardian and such minor child and his/her respective estate, representative, and assigns.

About the CampThe LTU staff and players will

engage your son in the fundamentals of basketball. Skill development in shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding and more will be the emphasis of the teaching.

Campers will have the opportunity to display their new skills during a scrimmage at the end of each daily

session.

Each camp offers a fun and competitive environment for

athletes to learn and improve their skills.
