The 2013-2014 B.Eng. graduating class survey* showed that at time of graduation:
46% students found employment 18% were pursuing their education, 4% postponed their job search 32% were seeking work.
Top 5 employers: National Instruments, Schlumberger, Microsoft, Ciena and Ericsson.
50% of the employed new graduates found their job as a direct result of the Engineering Career Centre activities

Career development workshops company information sessions speaker series mentoring and networking events
Professional guidance and coaching: 1821 students attended 55 workshops and
lectures and over 1000 students received individual advising, including mock interviews with recruiters from the industry.
664 students and 90 professionals attended 25 Speaker, Networking and Mentoring Events, co-hosted with student clubs, industrial partners and McGill Alumni.
Participating professionals came from various companies including: Bombardier, Hydro-Quebec, MDA, Medtronic, Moment Factory, Pratt & Whitney, SAP, Shell, SNC-Lavalin and Ubisoft.
