ENHANCING EXHIBITORS’ EXPERIENCE

ENHANCING VISITORS’ EXPERIENCE1. MCHI Assurance: All the participating Developers have to

sign the MCHI assurance letter, which will have undertaking signed by the MD of the participating company. “The project displayed at the exhibition has IOD and CC, and participant will abide to MCHI code of conduct.”

2. Assured Gifts To The Buyers : MCHI/Exhibitors will give assured gift to the Visitor who will buy property during the exhibition from the exhibitor. The winner will be given a gift at the exhibition itself and will be given a free drop at home by Meru or Metro Taxi.

3. Kids’ Zone: This year, we have taken into account the needs of children accompanying their parents and we are making arrangements for Kid’s Zone where children can play games and activities. (This service will be managed by Professional Company)

1. Exclusive Exhibitors' Cafeteria : We are earmarking a special area in the Cafeteria exclusively for Exhibitors, this will reduce any waiting time your Staff usually faces at the Exhibition.

2. Green Room : The exhibition will have Green Room (Ladies and Gents) facility for the exhibitors.

3. Foot Spa Facility : Special Foot Spa facility will be available for exhibitors, which will be placed at the Exhibitors’ Cafeteria.

4. Covered Parking Gangway : Leveled demarcated Parking will be created. Also, a Covered Parking gangway will be created for the visitors and exhibitors to come to exhibition registration.

5. Exhibition Entry Fee : An entry fee has been decided for visitors who don't take advantage of the pre-registration facility. The total collection will be donated to charity.

6. April 2010 Rates : As in April 2010, so also in this October's 17th Mega edition, in the interests of its members, MCHI is maintaining costs. Despite the considerable rise in input costs, MCHI is NOT increasing participation rates. We are again, adding more value to your participation with more features and benefits.

a) Free Listings in official Exhibition Catalogue as per format.

b) Passes for Exhibitors Lunch on Sunday, October 24th, 2010.

c) Limited Passes Exhibitors Dinner Party on Friday, October 22nd 2010.

d) No Car Parking Charges, Demarcated leveled Parking area for Exhibitors, Visitors and VIPs.

e) Complimentary Bus-pickup services to and fro to the Exhibition from Bandra (E) and Kurla (W) Railway Stations

1. Rights: The Organizers reserve all rights in connection with the exhibition.2. Terms of Reference: In these rules and regulations the term exhibitor shall

include all employees, staff and agent of any company, partnership firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of participating. The term exhibition shall mean the exhibition known as Mega Show - Property 2010 - 21st to 24th October '10 at MMRDA Grounds, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai

3. Allotment: A) Stall(s) will be allocated by draw on 8th Sept. after the draw stalls will ̀ be open on a first cum first serve basis. B) Allotment of stall(s) will be made at sole discretion of the Organizers. C) The stall(s) allocated will be solely used by the participants for the display of goods noted in their application forms. Sub-letting of stall(s) or displaying goods not covered by the original applications will not be allowed.

4. Stall Alteration: A) All alteration to the size or position of exhibitors stand is permitted only with prior written approval. B) The Organizers reserve the right to modify the layout of stalls, sites and gangways. C) The Organizers reserve the rights to require exhibitors to make such alteration to their stalls, the setting of exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary to maintain an acceptable standard of presentation or avoid interference with the display of other exhibitors. D) Conversion of all allocated site to free design is not permitted. E) While reasonable fixings may be made to the walls of the structure, any attempt involving the reinstallation of the original structure will be at the expense of the exhibitor or his agent. F) The stalls may not overhang the allocated area, nor are any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points, extinguishers, or emergency exits. G) Designers should avoid designs, which block other exhibitors' stalls.

5. Stall Interiors: While the exhibitors are free to decorate their stall to the best of their ability for projecting the right image for their products and company, they should not make any permanent fixture to the walls, panels and floors through use of nails, painting, or any other such activity. Stall (s) should not be open from both sides.

6. The height of Displays, Exhibits, Fixtures shall not exceed 4 metres in Section A and Section B and 2.5 meters in section C. Only Patron and Premium stalls P1 to P11 can take stall height upto 4.5 meters. The Organizers reserve the right to remove all such displays at the cost of the exhibitor. In case an exhibitor refuses to comply to the Organizers' demand in respect of such displays, the Organizers reserve the right to close down such exhibitor's stall(s) for the entire exhibition, without any refund or compensation to such exhibitor.

7. Terms of Payment: 100% of the amount will be payable at the time of booking of the stall(s), drawn in favour of "MCHI Trust Exhibition" Note: Cheques dishonoured shall automatically render the booking as cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited.

8. Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation by a participant, the booking amount paid by the participant will not be refunded under any circumstances.

9. Insurance:A) Insurance of the exhibits and property of the stall will be responsibility of the individual exhibitors. B) The Organizers shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the exhibitors or his staff, agents, invitee, or licensees howsoever caused.

10. Consequent Loss: In case of the show being cancelled or suspended in whole or in part due to causes not in the Organizers control, the Organizers do not accept any consequential liability in any such eventuality.

11. Default on Payments: The Organizers reserve the right to cancel any reservation of space in the event of an exhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges as stipulated.

12. Space not occupied: A) Every exhibitor shall occupy the full stand area booked by him/her. B) Should an exhibitor fail to take up the stand allotted to him/her, the Organizers reserve the right to deal with the unoccupied stalls as they think fit.

13. No sub-letting: The exhibitors may not assign, sublet or grant licences in respect of the whole or any part of stalls. Cards, advertisements or printed matter of persons or firms who are not bonafide exhibitors will not be exhibited or distributed from any stall except that an exhibitor may distribute cards, advertisement or printed matter in respect of companies or firms which are subsidiaries of the exhibitor or the exhibitor's ultimate holding company.

14. Failure of Service: The Organizers will use their best endeavors to ensure supply of services of the official contractors, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of contractors neither they nor the Organizers shall incur any liability to the exhibitor for any loss or damage, if any, should such service shall wholly or partially fail or cease to be available. Nor shall the exhibitor be entitled to any allowance in respect of rental due or paid under the contract.

15. Electrical Installation: All on site electrical installations must be carried out by the officially appointed electrical contractor before the connection to the main supply.

16. Event Call-off: If the event has to be cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the amount already paid by the participants shall be refunded after deducting the expenses already incurred / advance payments made by the Organizers on a prorata basis.

17. The exhibitor shall not solicit any business in the common bay area.18. Participants are not allowed to make any loudspeaker announcements

except on the public address system of the Organizers; i.e., from the reception desk. Only if permitted by the Organizers.

19. Jurisdiction: Any dispute between Organizers and any exhibitor is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai only.

20. MCHI Assurance: I/We accept all rules and regulations mentioned in MCHI assurance and hereby agree to abide the code of conduct.
