FCPS CIP (FY 2020-24) Potential Solutions:Franklin Sherman ES
• Monitor student membership
• Some schools are monitored for membership in the current school year. Based on the current and projected membership and current program capacity, these schools do not show a capacity deficit, but are monitored to ensure accommodation of unexpected population changes.

2) FCPS, Certified Membership, September 30, 2018.
Notes:
1) The total potential student yield was calculated based on all of the multi-family housing units being mid/high-rise multi-family housing units (five stories or greater),
based on Fairfax County’s Vision Plan for the McLean CBC.
2) If low-rise multi-family units were to be developed in the McLean CBC, the total potential student yield will be higher as low-rise multi-family housing units yield
more students on average than mid/high-rise multi-family units.
