The Contractor (Masonry) is continues @ approximately (99%) on 3 sides with moisture barrier and brick veneer install is continuous at front façade. Masonry contractors work is consistent. 2) Interior CMU walls in areas are damp due to previous weeks rain. Point work has slowed. 3) Slabs remain wet in partial areas throughout building both first and second floors. 4) Contractor install of additional temporary lights are inconsistent in several areas both first and second floors. This work is ongoing. 5) Roofing contractor work is aggressive and is consistent as flash of penetration for roof top curbs, devices and / or structures is ongoing. Roof install inspections are current. 6) First floor HVAC duct, gas, domestic water lines progress is continuous and consistent, as prime mastic seal and seismic fastener application are continuous and as specified in corridors, gym and cafeteria. 7) Scheduled HVAC 500lb and 700 lb. Air Handler Units have been delivered and received by contractor. 8) Fire sprinkler riser rooms and progressing as contractors nears (75%) install at riser rooms 9) CCI inspection are coordinated by CI Group as required by jobsite and consistent and documented. 10) The Electrical contractor has progressed to approximately (75%)complete roughed in on first floor as panel boxes and conduits are place to received required wire pull. Coordination is consistent. 11) Electrical scope of work maintains a critical status on second floor as rough in continues. 12) Temporary lights are required on second floor as coordination by contractor is ongoing. 13) Contractors stud framing work continues with specified details. As partial scheduled inspections have been provided and documented. 14) Contractor site maintenance and cleanup is continuous with current CMU debris and standing rain water is required.

PRESENT AT SITE: HJR General Contractor, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Roofing

OBSERVATION:

1) Site conditions are dry as masonry veneer continues progress aggressively. The Contractor (Masonry) is

continues @ approximately (99%) on 3 sides with moisture barrier and brick veneer install is continuous at

front façade. Masonry contractors work is consistent.
