48' DeFever Overview

Meander is a very well-maintained and upgraded classic 48' DeFever. She offers 3 stateroomsand 2 heads and very comfortable onboard living. All reasonable offers will be considered bythe sellers, who have completed their cruising plans and are ready for their next adventure.

48' DeFever Vessel Walkthrough

One can enter the salon through three different doors. The lower helm is forward and to starboardin the salon. There are two staterooms and a head forward and the master stateroom andensuite head are all the way aft. The galley is just aft of the salon to port. The flybridge isaccessed by way of a ladder from the trunk cabin top.

48' DeFever Accommodations

The full beam master stateroom is aft with extra headroom due to the trunk cabin design. Thereare two guest staterooms forward with over/under bunks. The master stateroom has an ensuitehead, which has a Vetus electric fresh water head installed in 2006. The forward head is aGroco manual head installed in 2006 also. Each head includes a 6'5" tall shower. There arecustom designed drapes and curtains in the master stateroom.



48' DeFever Salon

The large and comfortable main salon includes a custom designed Arigoni folding teak andlaminate, hi-low table usable as a dining table or coffee table. The salon sole was re-varnishedin June 2009 and the interior teak throughout was tung-oiled in June 2009. The entire salonupholstery was replaced in June 2009 with Ultrasuede and new foam cushions and there arecustom drapes and curtains. There is also a 2004 custom lower helm seat finished in whiteUltraleather and it includes a folding bolster for supported stand-up operation and foldingarmrests.

48' DeFever Dining

Dining is offered in the main salon on a custom designed Arigoni folding teak and laminate,hi-low table that can also be set up as a coffee table.

48' DeFever Galley

The master stateroom is located all the way aft and is full beam with a queen berth (2002), twogimbaled brass ship's lamps with etched globes, hanging locker and ensuite head (Whichinclides a 6'5" tall shower). There are custom designed drapes and curtains.

The first guest stateroom is all the way forward with over/under bunks, hanging locker and deckhatch and portholes for fresh air ventilation and natural light.

The second guest stateroom is aft of the forward stateroom and to port. There are over/underbunks.
