Where are we going from here?
• During curriculum days, teachers identify those content expectations for a subject area that are below AYP or what the curriculum committee identifies as proficient.
• Those content expectations that fall below the AYP goal are unpacked and learning targets are created.
• Once learning targets are created, grade level formative and summative assessments will be created and implemented.
• This is a 5 year process - 2008-2013
• As a part of the school improvement process, buildings are also identifying areas of need and creating SMART goals.
