Mechanically Driven Range FAWEMA has a large repertoire of strong and hardwearing machines built for the most varied of products. The optimum combination of the most modern control technology with mechanical drive components (such as computer calculated
drive cams) as well as an automatic central lubrication system, guarantee a long life and outstanding production results. Even with packaging materials of lesser quality and with a highly fluidised product, a perfectly rectangular form of the final bag is achieved.
The Benefits
• Strong and robust machine designs for longevity.
• Improved product settling resulting in very compact final bags.
• Easy access to all areas of the machine.
• Improved internal dust aspiration ducting, resulting in a clean and hygienic machine.
• Sturdy mechanical construction for severe demands in multi shift operation.
• Wide range of bagging options.
• Simple integration of any desired additional equipment, check weigh, trend control, rejecter and more.
• Wide range of applications for products and packaging materials.

Hygiene
Our mechanically driven range of machines are built to be highly adaptable and “All-rounders”. They are both suitable for the food and non-food markets, thanks to all areas where products contact may occur, being made from stainless steel. The robust mecha-nical construction of these machines means they are built to last and can handle the tough task of high out-puts, whilst being used in a multishift role.
Cleaning is quick and fast even when running multiple shifts, resulting in less down time. Precise bag shaping in the FAWEMA chamber transport system allows for little or no spill over when bags are being filled and settled.
Efficiency
Due to their linear construction, the entire packaging process can be monitored from one vantage point. This allows for just one operator to take care of the whole line all the way down to palletizing. Extended bag magazines mean that the operator is free to take care of the line for up to 15 minutes at a time.
We eliminate possible problems which may arise due to abrasiveness of certain products, by (amongst other constructive measures) separating the drive elements and the product handling area. Highly efficient product compaction in the FAWEMA chamber transport system takes place by means of a vibration track with adjustable amplitude.
