The Doha 2015 Organising Committee is proud to introduce the o�cial Media Accommodations Guide for the Doha 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships. The aim of this guide is to provide all details needed for accredited members of the written and photographic media and non-rights holding broadcasters to secure accommodations for the World Championships. Media accommodation bookings will be completed through the LOC Accommodation department on a �rst come �rst serve basis.
1. Media Hotels
• Warwick Doha Hotel (5 stars)• Wyndham Grand Regency Doha (5 stars)
More details regarding the hotels and amenities can be found later in this document.
2. Media Hotel Pricing (Bed & Breakfast)
• Single Room / Bed & Breakfast - 140 USD • Double Room (two persons with queen bed) / Bed & Breakfast - 170 USD• Twin Room (two beds) / Bed & Breakfast - 170 USD
* Please note the above pricing is per room per night.
3. Booking Procedures
All bookings will be placed through the LOC Accommodation Department on a �rst come �rst serve basis and subject to hotel availability.
• Opening of Booking Process (along with media accreditation) - June 01, 2015• Closing of Booking Process - September 01, 2015
The Media Hotel Accommodation Booking Form will be available for download at the IPC Athletics World Championships Website - http://www.paralympic.org/doha-2015/. Upon completion please submit the form by email to [email protected]
4. Payment Procedures
Upon receipt of the Media Hotel Booking Form and accreditation approval, the LOC will provide a detailed invoice for payment. The full reservation amount (100%) must be paid by September 14th, 2015 in order to guarantee your booking.

5. Cancellation Policies
• 35% of room charges of the total booked rooms will be charged to your account for any cancellation between 15th – 20th September 2015.• 50% of room charges of the total booked rooms will be charged to your account for any cancellation between 21st – 25th September 2015.• 100% of room charges of the total booked rooms will be charged to your account for any cancellation on or after 26th of September 2015.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to [email protected]
6. Early Check In & Late Check Out Policies
• Full night charge (100% of room rate) for any check in prior to 8 am.• Complimentary check in after 8 am is subject to availability and advance notice.• Complimentary Late check out until 16:00.• Full night charge for any departure after 16:00 hrs(100% of room rate).
7. Hotel Services & Amenities
Each of the Media Hotels has their own unique and enjoyable services and amenities nevertheless the Hotels will include the following standard services and amenities:
• Breakfast - 06:00 hrs - 10:00 hrs • Information and welcome desks to assist with any and all requests and inquiries.• Wi-Fi available in rooms and hotel common areas free of charge.• 20% discount of all laundry and dry cleaning services.• Access to hotel facilities free of charge.
Additionally the LOC has arranged discounted meal rates at the hotel main restaurants for Accredited Media staying at the hotel:
• Lunch - 12:00 hrs - 15:30 hrs - 25 USD per person• Dinner - 19:00 hrs - 24:00 hrs - 27 USD per person
8. O�cial Transportation (T4*)
• At arrival, transfer from the airport to the official team hotel • At departure transfer from the hotel to the airport • Shuttles to/from Media Accreditation Centre• During the period starting from October 18th to November 1st2015, shuttle bus to / from the Official Media Hotels to training and competition venues as well as Main Press Centre and International Broad-casting Centre.
