As part of our building and reinforcing our thought-leadership in the presentation industry, our editor –
Dave Zielinski created a reader-friendly collection of the best

XpertThinking Webinars – Our approach and why it works
The strategy for the webinar program and the eNewsletter is to not think of them as one event but as
part of an overall strategy for the brand. We approach each one as a marketing strategy and tactic.
Our team has the experience in editorial, marketing and webinar production and programs.
Our goals for each webinar are as follows:
Create engaging, actionable events where attendees can immediately take what they have
learned and use it their businesses.
o Use icebreaker exercises where attendees are engaged pre-event (15 min before it
starts)

Create and implement a webinar environment that feels like a discussion or conversation

We approach each webinar
with strategies for pre-event

have shared their knowledge with our community. We were able to watch and learn as Ellen
transformed slides, submitted from the audience. She showcased the difference in “before” and
“after” slide designs and shared easy tips on how to do it on your own. She shared lessons learned
including how to improve slide design; de-clutter text-heavy slides; edit complex slides for clarity; and
communicate more effectively with graphics, etc.
The numbers show that these programs have been successful. We get positive feedback from our registrants
about the high-quality of our webinars and community outreach.
