behind our product: where they’ve come from, what they’re passionate about and how
they ended up where they are today.
Stephane JasminPresident & CEO
Stephane founded DisclosureNet™ in 2002 to meet the market demand for a comprehensive and reliable disclosure research solution. He brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience, leadership capabilities and technical innovation to DisclosureNet™.
Prior to founding DisclosureNet™, Stephane served as President and CEO of IR Gateway, a provider of online investor communication solutions, where he helped propel the company’s strategy and vision, resulting in
its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Stephane holds an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
Peter KajuChief Financial Officer
Peter has over 20 years’ experience in senior financial roles in both private and public-company settings, overseeing all aspects of finance and other corporate functions.
Prior to joining DisclosureNet™, Peter was the CFO of Embanet where he played a pivotal role in the sale of the company to two VCs. Peter has also held a number of senior financial roles with companies such as Warner Lambert Pfizer, IR Gateway, Roche, C5 Group and KPMG.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Certified General Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor and most recently received his ICD.D certification.
