Logging into Web Client1. Go to http://mediabin.hrbl.net2. Username and password are the same as your Herbalife Network username and password.3. The first time (or if you cleared your cache) you may be presented with a Java pop-up window

like below. Check the box at “Do not show this again…” and select “Run”.

4. Also, you may be presented with a window like below. Click “Don’t Block”:

Folders

Navigating to folders:1. After logging onto http://mediabin.hrbl.net, click the “Folders” navigation icon

2. A list of folders you have access to will then display.

1. Navigate through the list of folders to the location where you want the new folder created.

2. Right-click on that folder to open the context-menu.

3. Select “New Folder” from the context-menu. This will open up the “New Folder” dialog window.4. Fill in the name of the new folder.

5. Make sure that the “Copy metadata from parent” checkbox is checked. (This checkbox makes sure that the new folder inherits all the permissions from the parent folder.)

6. Click the “Create” button. 7. The folder list update with your newly created folder.

1. Click on the “FOLDERS” button in the navigation bar.2. Navigate the list of folders until you reach the location of the assets that you want to move.3. Continue with either Method 1 or Method 2.

Method 1:

1. Select the asset(s). To select one asset, click on it. a. To select multiple assets in a row, click on the first asset you want to select, and then

hold the Shift key down and click on the last asset you want to select. The first and last asset along with all assets in between will be selected.

b. To select multiple noncontiguous assets, hold down the Command key (Control key on Windows) before clicking on each asset that you want to select.

2. Right-click on one of the selected assets to open the context-menu.

3. Select “Move” from the context-menu. 4. From the “Select Destination Folder” window that pops up, navigate to and select the

destination Folder (where you want to move the assets to)

6. The assets you selected are now removed from the original folder and moved to the destination Folder.

Method 2:

1. Select the asset(s). To select one asset, left click on it.i. To select multiple assets in a row, left click on the first asset you want to select, and

Any Search1. Users can do an “Any” text search by typing their value(s) to search on in the search box and

clicking “Search.

2. This will search for all mentions of the text entered.

Advanced Search:1. Users can also do an advanced search by clicking the arrow and selecting “Advanced Search” :

2. Here users can do a more targeted search by adding multiple metadata fields and values:

Search Results:1. The search results returned (only assets user has access to see and/or download) will also allow

users to further refine based on a number of filters such as asset type.2. You should see “Refine Search” and a list of metadata and values to the left of the screen

3. If you do not see this, that means you are on the “Show Saved Searches) option.4. To go to the filter options, click the button that says “Filter Options”:

Refine Search Results with Filter Options1. Example of using filters: Click “PDF” to refine the search to only PDF assets. Results displayed

below.1.1.1.Notice there are 9,186 assets with some text as “today”

1.1.2.Click filter value “MS Word Document” for field “Asset Type”

1.1.3.Results now only have 155 assets which have some text “Today” and are asset type “MS Word Document”.

2. To clear filters, click the “Clear All Filters” button. Or to only clear one or more, click the “x” next to the filter option to remove:

Download

Select an Asset for Download1. After user selects an asset, the “Download” option will be un-grayed out and user can select

“Asset Download” to start the download workflow.

2. There will be a window which says the action was submitted successfully. This does not mean the actual job has completed.

3. Review “Activity Manager” section on how to retrieve your assets.

Activity Manager

1. Go to “Activity Manager” tab where all of the activities you have done in the past and current are displayed.

2. Here you can see the state of actions they have performed.3. Click on the top line to see the activity job details.4. This is where you will select the physical download

5. Right click either “Download”, or select the “Download Icon” ( ) which will download all files in the job to a zip file:

a. “Download”: The download option will download the file directly to your configured browser download location.

b. “Download icon”: The download icon ( ) will package all assets in the job into a zip archive file and download the file to your configured browser download location.
