Method
Weigh Part A with helix stirring (s=400 rpm).
Weigh and homogenize Part B.
Add Part B to Part A with helix stirring (s=800 rpm). Allow to swell for 30 minutes.
Heat Part A+B to 75°C in bain-marie.
Weigh and heat Part C to 75°C in bain-marie. Mix well.
Add Part D in Part C. Homogenize well.
Add Part E into Part A+B with rotor Stator stirring (s=1000 rpm).
Pour Part C+D into Part A+B+E with Stator stirring (s=36000 rpm). Homogenize well.
Add Part F. Homogenize well.
Add Part G at around 55°C, homogenize.
Then add Part H below 35°C, homogenize well.
pH : 5.80 +/-0.10
This formulation has been subject to limited stability tests and has been shown to perform well. However formulators adopting thisapproach should ensure to their own satisfaction long term stability and functionality. It is good practice to conduct safety tests on allfinal formulations prior to marketing. Suggested uses should not be taken as an inducement to infringe any existing patents.
