MEDICAL ASSISTANT Red Bluff, CA Currently seeking candidates for a Full Time, Medical Assistant position in Red Bluff Wage: $13.00 per hour Hours: 32 - 40 hours / Monday – Friday / 7:30am – 4:30pm Benefits: Vacation and sick leave Candidates will be responsible for Front and Back office duties: Front Office: Answer phones, reminder calls, schedule appointments, collect co-payments, check patients in and out, filing/faxing from EHR, scanning paperwork (accuracy), strong computer skills, Coding – ICD 10 (learn to look up and use appropriate codes for lab tests/radiology orders and medical records), add/edit patient demographics, track drug screening tests, identify documents in patient charts, print schedules, office visit, superbills, etc., call patients with doctor instructions and or schedule follow up appointments, copy insurance cards, and other basic office procedures. Back Office: Rooming patients, reviewing clinical history, intake assessment information, take vitals, perform EKG’s, create lab / radiology orders, HIPAA knowledge, order supplies, update patient medication list, relay complete / detailed messages to appropriate party, within the EHR: look up patient information, patient history, patient medications, etc., enter patient data, vitals, medications document patient encounters, call appropriate lab for imaging or missing reports, and follow up with patients. MEDICAL ASSISTANT Red Bluff, CA

Currently seeking candidates for a Full Time, Medical Assistant position in Red Bluff

Wage: $13.00 per hour Hours: 32 - 40 hours / Monday – Friday / 7:30am – 4:30pm Benefits: Vacation and sick leave

Candidates will be responsible for Front and Back office duties:
