10) With reference to the para 7 & 8 above it is to state that

subsequently in Memo No. CGM(Adm)/DE(MPP)/ADE(MPP)/704/2014-

3,Dt:31.05.2014. the APGENCO as issued the following orders:-

“a) After careful consideration, it is hereby ordered to continue the

incumbents who are henceforth counted against the diverted posts,

as per Annexure-II of the memo cited, in the existing stations until

further orders. However, these posts shall not be treated as vacant

as long as the incumbents are counted against the posts.

b) They shall be paid pay and allowances as applicable at the

respective stations.”

11) Further, it is submitted that at present the following Doctors are

working at Vidyut Soudha Dispensary :-

i) Dr.G.Manjula Rani, Civil Surgeon – TGENCO.

ii) Dr.Vasantha Rao, Consultant Physician – TGENCO.

iii) Dr.K.Shobha Rani, Dy. Civil Surgeon – APGENCO

12) An average fifteen(15) patients out of 122 book holders are availing

medical facilities at Vidyut Soudha dispensary,.

13) It is also submitted that after bifurcation the Vidyut Soudha

dispensary is also separated in to two entities i.e APGenco and TGenco so

the above OP patients will also be reduced to 50%.

14) Further it is submitted that Dr.R.K.Pawar,DCS had also applied for

transfer from Jurala to Vidyut Soudha Dispensary the same was examined

and rejected.

15) It is also submitted that NSHES Dispensary is being maintained by

M/s Yashoda Hospitals, if Dr. I Laxma Raddy is posted to Vidyut Soudha

Dispensary, a doctor shall be provided at NSHES dispensary through M/s

Yashoda Hospital with an additional expenditure of Rs.30,000/- to

Rs.35,000/-p.m.

16) In view of the reasons mentioned above, there is no need of posting

another Doctor at Vidyut Soudha Dispensary.
