Winter 2016FitNews
Dear Members,
Summer vacations are over and the kids are back in school—that must mean fall is upon us! The new fall season is the perfect time to fall for fitness and recommit to your goals.
• Fall for a new routine. The change of season brings the perfect opportunity to revisit your routine and figure out if it’s still working for you.
• Fall for a group exercise class. Fall is a great time to try out new classes and instructors.
• Fall for a new workout. The best way to fall for fitness is to do something you really enjoy.
Whether you prefer a workout of your own, scheduled classes or personalized instruction, the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion has something for the whole family. There are a wide variety of new programs and classes you can enjoy this season including new POUND® Fitness and BollyX classes, a Diabetes Exercise Program, Grandparents’ Day in the Kids’ Life Center and a Four-Week Art Series for the kids.
These are just a few of the wonderful programs our team has created for you this fall, and I hope you will enjoy them during your visits.
Do you still need to get an initial assessment and schedule a consultation with a fitness coach? Now’s the time! Stop by the fitness desk and schedule an appointment.
As always, we are continually making improvements to the Pavilion including new carpet in the Kids’ Life Center and women’s locker room, a new stereo system for the indoor pool, nine new spinning bikes, parking lot curb repairs, warm water pool ceiling repairs and new supplies for group fitness classes! Watch also as our café is refreshed with updated furniture and new carpet.
Thank you for your feedback from our member survey in June! We love hearing what you have to say as this helps us change and grow.
Once again, we thank you for your continued membership and hope that you take advantage of all the Pavilion has to offer this fall.
In good health,
Deb Riggs, General Manager
