Should be taken by mouth every morning as directed.

Report any changes with blood pressure or pulse rate to your physician

Report any signs or symptoms of swelling to physician including shortness of breath or swelling to your

extremities or face.

Notify physician if you are taking other anti-hypertensive medication, diuretics or potassium supplements as these medications can cause a dangerous increases in potassium levels, or risk of renal impairment. Be sure to weigh yourself on a daily basis. This medication can cause frequent urination.
