MediRoutes Color Code definitions

The MediRoutes application uses a variety of colors to highlight

different violations. Below is a list of the different colors used in

the different sections of the MediRoutes application.

When a horizontal line of data is clicked by the cursor, the whole

line will turn light blue.

If an address for a trip is geo-coded incorrectly, it will be

highlighted in red throughout the MediRoutes application.

Home:

A red square to the right of a customer's name in the Trips List in

the Home screen means there is an alert for that customer.

A red rectangle will appear in the charges tab of the Authorization

Select window if an authorization is required while saving a new

trip.

The trip creator box will be light blue when a trip is being edited or

created.

If a Calendar Trip is being edited, then this box will be light

yellow.

If the New Trip icon is clicked, the Trip Creator box will be

green.

Schedules:

In the ETA (estimated time of arrival) column, the times can be

highlighted in different colors to denote different situations.

An Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) highlighted in purple

indicates a late arrival according to the schedule.

An ETA highlighted in red means there is a capacity violation.

An ETA highlighted in yellow stands for Onboard Time (OBT)

violation. The patient is in the vehicle for too long.

An ETA highlighted in orange means the estimated time of arrival

is early.

Between the ETA and Distance column, there is a column that

displays circular icons.

At the top of the column the vehicle pull out icon appears.

When a driver is logged in via smartphone, and performs the pull

out, this icon turns blue .

The pickup icon denotes a patient pickup. The number indicates

which trip number in the driver’s trip list.

The drop off icon denotes a patient drop off. The number

indicates which trip number in the driver’s trip list.

When a trip has already been performed, the icon will turn blue .

application, this icon turns blue .

30 minutes or less and is clear for at least the next 1.5 hours.

On the far left of the Runs screen, there are several icons that

indicate how much time elapsed since that last communication

with the GPS. Below are the icons and their descriptions:

This icon can be clicked to view a specific run.

was within the last 10 minutes.
