KUNDALINI YOGA MEDITATION TO BUILD INTUITION – 4 Stroke Breath

POSTURE: Sit in easy pose, spine straight.

MUDRA: Interlace your fi ngers and press the index fi ngers together, pointing upwards. The fi ngers should be just under your nose so that you can see the tips of your index fi ngers.

EYES: 1/10 open.

BREATH: Inhale through “o” shaped mouth in four parts.Exhale in one powerful stroke through the nose.

TIME: 16 Minutes.

TO END: Extend your arms out to your sides at the level of the shoulders, palms face up. Inhale deeply for 20 seconds, hold and exhale.

Inhale deeply again, hold for 20 seconds extending through the spine and out through your hands, exhale.

Now inhale and open your fi ngers, drawing all your energy into your arms, hold and exhale.

Relax.

This meditation stimulates your pituitary gland to very quickly access your intuition. It clears confusion and allows you to act in alignment with your highest self. The four stroke breath used directly stimulates your pituitary gland and it should be practiced for a full 16 minutes to open your chakras.
