Whilst we always apply this outlook to our dealings with clients, it is a belief that we also apply to our own team first of all. The trainers make all the difference to the standard of service that we are able to provide. Each has their own strengths and sets of skills, but we are all experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging in our approach.

Ralph Moody – Ralph is the founder of Target Training Associates. A passionate believer in lifelong learning, he is motivated by providing people with the skills and knowledge the need to achieve their best in life. A highly motivational trainer with a background in the RAF, Ralph is often in demand as a speaker in the professional development arena. Ralph leads by example – read what our delegates have to say about him.
Claire Moody – Claire has 20 years of training experience, having previously worked as a Fighter Controller in the RAF, then teaching at the MOD. She is an Associate Trainer who specialises psychometric assessments. Her work, which she can perform in one-to-one sessions or workshops, examines behavioural and personality traits and includes the use of MBTI and 16PF diagnostic tools.
Bryan Shendon - Bryan joined the Royal Air Force in 1985 as an Aerospace Systems Operator was involved in training and Vocational Qualifications throughout a substantial RAF career. He is a Target Training consultant and delivers Vocational Qualifications including TAQA, Customer Service, Management and Learning & Development certificates, awards and diplomas.
