Temple of Light Completion, 2019!“Expressing our ideals in
architecture.”
The $100,000 Ananda Janaka 2019 Grant helped in completing the
Temple of Light in 2019 in time for the 50th Anniversary
Celebration week. This Grant was instrumental in � nishing the
Temple in the � nal stages of both construction and of interior �
nish work.
Ananda Rhode Island CenterThe Ananda Rhode Island members now
have a beautiful Ananda center for devotees in their area and
beyond, which they have been developing over the last several
years. The Ananda Janaka Grant in 2019 enabled them to � nish some
projects on the building making it an uplifting place for devotees
to gather for classes, events, and services, as well as social time
together.
Ananda 50th Anniversary Celebration — 1969–2019“Simple living
and high thinking lead to the greatest happiness.” — Paramhansa
Yogananda
This Anniversary Celebration was one of the most amazing events
in the history of Ananda! Over 700 to 900 of our Ananda spiritual
family gathered at Ananda Village from all over the world during
this weeklong celebration.
The Future of Ananda and You!Include the Ananda Janaka
Foundation in your estate planning - in your will, trust, or as a
bene� ciary of your IRA. By doing so you are helping Ananda move
into the future as it continues to share the mission and teachings
