for the U.S. Grand Prix in Austin

•  In November, the ultra high net worth world of Formula 1 Motorsport Racing will descend on Austin for the Inaugural U.S. Grand Prix at the newly constructed Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Over 100,000 spectators and sponsors are expected.

•  Only about 1,500 of the ultra high net worth VIPs will be arriving by helicopter to and from the track from five Austin area Heliports operated by Charlie Bravo Charter, the Official Charter Partner of COTA.

• Heliports will be at five dedicated locations, three of which are also prime landing locations for private aircraft. Another is in the downtown area, just blocks from all the luxury hotels. The fifth is located at a prestigious country club/resort/spa on Austin’s west side.

• There will be a welcome center at each of the five Heliports with an opportunity to meet and greet the 1,500 elites.

Helicopter Welcome Centers for the U.S. Grand Prix in Austin

ride & drive/auto static display. •  Luxury brands may showcase a limited number of new products & services that guests may

interact with. High-end gift bags and sampling are also offered. •  Packages include preferred booking for helicopter charter to the track, heliport signage, product

or service demonstration area, seating and refreshments, and gift bag inclusion.
