Team Blair Tahoe is a locally owned and operated Real Estate company located in Tahoe City, CA. Together we have a combined 50+ years of Lake Tahoe selling experience, an in-house real estate attorney, two web and social media experts, a marketing specialist, an escrow coordinator and an executive manager to help with every last detail during each transaction.

Over the last several years, our Team has consistently been ranked in the top five brokers out of the entire Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors. This success has allowed us to re-invest in our company to provide the best service possible. For our Sellers, we have been able to incorporate new marketing ideas including aerial photos and making videos using drone technology. Our social media presence has been enhanced and updates to our website have tripled our viewership. Lastly, we have nurtured our relationships with top Bay Area agents and started advertising on an international real estate website. All of these efforts have paved the way for our listings to get the maximum exposure possible - ensuring we sell our listings for the highest price, in the shortest time frame possible.
