Meet the University’s new Leadership TeamsThe University Leadership Team (ULT) is made up of senior leaders who take the key decisions that guide our development as a University. The University’s Executive Board (UEB) is responsible for giving advice and guidance to the University Leadership Team.
I believe a management team should be open, consultative and one that brings direction. The new leadership structure will be responsible for developing and reviewing the University’s strategic approach. It will provide support and leadership in responding to emerging challenges and opportunities. An organisation is only as good as its members – the people who work for it are its lifeblood. I am keen to meet with staff and hear about their ambitions for Leicester.
