INTRODUCTIONWhatever the scale or theme of your meeting, we use our considerable culinary know-how to create authentic, unpretentious lunches, coffee breaks and dinners.

Our Local Origins dishes, for instance, offer signature and provincial recipes that are inspired by the destination, including dishes that showcase some of the finest seasonal ingredients of the area.Whereas our World Kitchen recipes leverage our global know-how by drawing on the experience of our chefs to offer a collection of authentically prepared classic and contemporary dishes from around the world.For all of our menus, we source ingredients locally where possible, with the emphasis on fresh and natural produce.

Prices do not include VAT (5% for food and non-alcoholic drinks and 19% for alcoholic drinks).

Our concept is especially created to meet the needs of a sophisticated, cosmopolitan, health-conscious and experience-driven corporate public. Conceived by our Italian Executive Chef, Cristian Marino, it is built around 6 key principles, reworking food trends into our unique approach to urban lifestyle.We are especially proud to say that our meeting breaks menus are:

1. SEASONAL. All through the year, we use the best seasonal produce in order to vary or supplement our offer. This is how we can guarantee freshness and decorum, for all our menus.

2. SIMPLE & SAVORY.During the event, memory is served by notepads. During the meeting break, it is served by taste buds, ready to be dazzled by familiar dishes with surprising twists. Authentic ingredients, local and international, often make our menus memorable.

3. NUTRILICIOUS.Concentration requires good nutritional balance all day long. We calibrate our menus after the specific time of day, taking into account healthy eating standards. Our food is rich in vitamins, minerals and fibers, for an energy-boosting effect. Special dietary requirements can also be accommodated upon request.

4. CREATIVE & FUN.Meeting breaks are made for conversation, networking, people coming together. Do-it-yourself menu highlights will make people feel less official and more creative. They are also lots of fun!

5. EASY TO EAT.Finger foods, skewer assortments, focaccia and all kind of house-made bakery products, they are our perfect ambassadors of taste during an intense meeting break.

6. EYE-CATCHING.Our food looks delicious, simple & refined shapes. We place it on natural materials, rough surfaces, with a chic “grandma’s cellar” look & feel. There is a warm sophistication to the ensemble - and a surprise element!

In the making of our menus, we use prime, state-of-the-art equipment, with prime, authentic ingredients. In the words of our Executive Chef: “Our meeting breaks are healthy, colourful and fun. Literally.” This is the very essence of luxury, we believe.
