On Level 34, we have a total of 400 square metres / 4,306 square feet, including three private venues and the spacious Sky Lounge. All feature �oor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views over the city and the River Thames. The three private venues are named after the �rst three of �ve constant virtues of Confucianism: Ren for benevolence, Li for propriety and Yi for righteousness.

THE REN ROOM

Ren, the hotel’s magni�cent ballroom, is the largest of the three meeting and event spaces. With �oor-to-ceiling windows �ooding the area with natural daylight and exquisite northerly views across London’s most iconic landmarks, the stunning space can seat 100 for banquet dinners and up to 140 guests for cocktail receptions. The room can be divided into two separate smaller spaces, of equal size, upon request.

The versatile interior presents a blank canvas for any style of event and is complemented by Shangri-La’s signature crystal chandeliers and breathtaking views. Ren can be easily accessed via the high-speed elevators from the hotel’s ground �oor entrance or via the striking grand staircase, which connects level 34 with our sky lobby on level 35.

THE LI ROOM

With the Li Room’s contemporary design enhanced by natural daylight, it is an ideal choice for business meetings, conferences and private dining. The �oor-to-ceiling windows look out onto St Paul’s Cathedral, Waterloo and towards London’s prestigious West End.

Welcoming up to 25 delegates for a theatre style presentation, 30 for dinner and 35 for a stand-up reception, guests can rest assured that each detail will be taken care of by our skilful team of event experts.

THE YI ROOM

With �oor-to-ceiling windows, Yi is situated on The Shard’s eastern side and overlooks the meandering River Thames, o�ering an unrivalled view of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Canary Wharf.
