GRAND BALLROOM: The Ballroom is a perfect example of style and elegance, opulence and grace. The Ballroom can adapt to all layout configurations and accommodate between 180 people seated at tables and 200 people seated theatre style. The Ballroom is the quintessential setting for private events, corporate meetings and conferences.
ANNABEL’S: Annabel’s is a spacious private dining and conference area with seating for up to 50 people. An opulent meeting space with stunning architectural features and ornate cornicing with rich tones of purple velvet in the drapes and chairs. Annabel’s can be transformed into a stylish boardroom, the ideal setting for a corporate meeting or a private dinner.
BOARDROOM: Adjacent to Annabel’s is the intimate Boardroom. The smallest of our meeting rooms, the Boardroom enjoys plenty of natural light which pours in through the full length windows. Boardroom accommodates up to 10 people. Perfect for the smaller meeting, business lunch or private dining.

BOWFIELD SUITE: Part of the original 1700 farm building – this traditional rustic room with deep stone walls can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people in various configurations. Perfect for corporate meetings, seminars, residential retreats. With plenty of break out spaces throughout the building.
ELLISTON: Traditional farmhouse style, this room can hold between 15 and 60 people, adaptable and private, suitable for all events, business meetings, training days or department meetings.
ROEBANK: This versatile meeting room can hold between 10 and 35 people. Peaceful and relaxing with natural light. Team meetings, training days, board meetings or private dining.
KINNELL: This charming meeting room is perfect for smaller meetings, interviews or a break out space, the ideal setting for private dining, seats up to 10.
KENMURE: Formerly the Garden room - Plenty of natural light pours through the patio doors which give access to the gardens. Seats up to 12 people.

BUSBY SUITE: The Busby Suite can accommodate up to 180 people seated at round tables and 150 people conference style.
Bright and airy, modern and adaptable for all business meetings and corporate events. The Busby Suite benefits from a state of the art BOSE surround sound system. The room can be split into 2 sections allowing for privacy or additional break out space. A statement wrap around balcony allows for attendees to enjoy external space for a break during meetings or events.
CARTSIDE SUITE: This suite cries out corporate meeting and has been specifically designed for the business client. Features include an integrated screen and projector with a BOSE surround sound. The Cartside Suite is perfect for any corporate meeting or event. It can accommodate up to 55 people both conference and cabaret style. Plenty of natural daylight pours through several patio doors which open out into a large wrap around balcony.

Located just off the M74 this 12 bedroom Castle is easily accessable from Glasgow,
Edinburgh and Carlisle. Also offering open air spaces for team building activities.
THE BALLROOM: The iconic Grand Ballroom at Cornhill Castle can accommodate
200 delegates at tables and up to 250 people conference style. This majestic Ballroom
commands incredible views over the Tinto Hills with unparalleled levels of privacy for
corporate clients. The internal design incorporates Old World picturesque charm along
with a state of the art sound system and full corporate facilities. The Ballroom is the
perfect setting for corporate meetings, grand events and conferences
THE CONSERVATORY: Adjoined to the Grand Ballroom – the Conservatory is the
ultimate setting for a business meeting, corporate event or conference. With 180
degree views of the manicured lawns and Tinto Hills, this meeting area offers privacy
and elegance and includes all the facilities required for your corporate event.
The Conservatory accommodates 40 people seated at tables and 60 people
conference style.
JADE ROOM: As part of the original castle – the Jade Room resembles how the original
‘drawing room’ would have looked whilst the family were in residence. Perfect for smaller
meetings and events. Jade can accommodate up to 25 people in various configurations.
Small boardroom or U-Shape configuration.
THE LOUNGES: We have 2 lovingly restored Lounges with original features
and full sash windows overlooking the wonderful grounds. Private and intimate.
Perfect for the smaller meeting, interviews or private corporate dining.
Both lounges can accommodate between 12 and 16 people.

WOODLAND SUITE: The Lynnhurst offers several private meeting spaces as well as a
large function suite - Woodland Suite, with a capacity of up to 200 maximum in various
layout styles.
WEAVERS SUITE: Our front facing Weavers Suite is our more spacious suite with
traditional Victorian features, sashing case windows and detailed, lush finishes.
A fantastic room for private meetings, conferencing or those more intimate, private
meetings, interviews, board meetings or private dining. Max 30 capacity.
WALTON SUITE: This smaller, more intimate suite is filled with natural daylight and is
great for one to one meetings, small presentations or suitable for a private lunch or
corporate dinner. Our cocktail lounge and bar area are adjacent to this suite which
makes it perfect for breakout periods. Max 16 boardroom only.
BROOKFIELD SUITE: Located on the Ground floor with direct access rear parking
area. Maximum capacity 60 people (with dance floor) and 70 people (without the dance
floor) – access to gardens and private patio. Private and accessible, ideal for smaller
private meetings, training days, team building and all things corporate.
All our meeting rooms are well equipped for all your business needs – airy, private and
boast lots of natural light. Free private parking for up to 60 cars and free WiFi.

The Redhurst Hotel is located in the leafy suburb of Giffnock, in Glasgow’s south side. We have 17 bedrooms, as well as a cottage adjacent to the main hotel that can sleep up to 7 guests. A convenient location coupled with fantastic facilities makes The Redhurst an ideal choice for your event.
EASTWOOD SUITE: This iconic suite can be transformed to accommodate any event configuration for up to 200 people. The Eastwood Suite has its own private entrance and registration area allowing easy access straight from the hotel car park into the venue. Ideal for gala dinners, award nights. conferences and product launches.
CLARKSTON SUITE: This meeting room is ideal for smaller gatherings and accommodates up to 40 people in various layouts. With private access straight from the hotel car park, corporate guests have the additional benefit of privacy and easy access to and from the suite. An Integrated projector and screen is included in the corporate package.

A popular venue for all things corporate, training days, lectures and team meetings. Accommodates up to 110 people cabaret setting and 130 guests theatre style.
THE VILLAGE SUITE: The perfect meeting space. The Village Suite is designed with the corporate guest in mind. Includes integrated screen and projector and private access to the Main Street. With natural light and space to seat up to 50 delegates in various layouts. First choice for directors meetings, committee meetings, team briefings and interviews.
CONSERVATORY: The glass Conservatory is adjacent to the Restaurant. The main feature of this space is the exceptional source of natural light and an alfresco sensation. This area can accommodate between 20 and 40 people and is the ideal setting for a private dinner, drinks meeting area or less formal gatherings.
