SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Developed Tesla’s architectural roll-out strategy for North American (NA) Service program in 2012. Evolved program into their Showroom roll-out in 2013, currently the company’s NA dealership development prototype.

Managed over 50 New and Remodel architectural projects in over past three years (35 new locations, 16 remodels).

Wrote and maintained budgets for all projects (architectural and consultant components)

Partnered with Construction team on all projects to ensure scope of consultant components)

Wrote legal arguments for Zoning and Planning entitlements in ten US states and represented company in all cases: won approvals in 85% of cases.

On-boarded all third-party consultants for NA roll-out of company sites. Included review of contracts and writing of Master Service Agreements.
