• Realtors, in general, have a negative outlook on open houses.
• We generate over 2000 leads per month on open houses. We get more LISTINGS from open houses than any other lead source.
• We have had over 100 people at one open house event.
• Open houses work only if you work the open house!

• What price point do you want to work in?
• Prospecting you pick your price point, marketing you can’t.
• I prefer the $300,000 + price point to ensure I am meeting $300,000 Sellers & Buyers.
• What do you do if you do not have any listings?

• If you need 5 signs uses 25! DEMAND ATTENTION!
• We use 5X signs required, 7 foot tall flags, open house balloon, wrapped hummer, food, music and drinks.
• Show up one hour early to prepare.
