polyethylene. The materials show strong whether resistance and salt

U.V. Polyethylene (LLDPE)The components such as rocks, trees,
leaves, animals, acorns, and climbers do not crack and shatter
since they are made from durable polyethylene. Also, they are not
easily discolored and affected by weather with antistatic agent and
UV absorber. Rotation molding plastic component is double walled
and guarantee high durability and natural texture. All plastic
materials comply with ASTM standards (D-1238, D-1505, D-638, D-790,
D-1693, D-2565, FDA standard 21 CFR 177, 1520).
Cold-formed and Galvanized TubeInterior posts of rocks and trees
are made of zinc plating steel pipes to improve corrosion
resistance of cold-formed pipes. Exterior pipes coated with a
polyester fi lm by electrostatic painting in which polyester powder
is attached to them through the procedures of painting, melting and
curing. The polyester powder coating guarantees high
durability.
High-Intensity Aluminum with UV Polyester Powder CoatingWe use a
unique high-intensity aluminum to support the attachment of leaves
and solar panels to trees, and also stabilizes lighter weight
items. The UV polyester powder coating has superior durability
because of its resistance to corrosion and rust. It complies with
ASTM standards (D-1734, D-2794, B-117, D-3363, D-2454 and
D-3359B).
PVC CoatingPVC (Plastic Vinyl Coating) is applied to decks. It
is not only highly anticorrosive but also weather resistant. PVC
applied deck-edges eliminate slippage, finger entrapment and
drainage problems.
HardwareTamper-proof, corrosion-resistant stainless steel bolts,
fl ange nuts and screws are used to keep your playground safe.
ClampAll clamps are die-cast of high strength aluminum alloy.
Applied powder coating provides hard fi nish resistant to scratches
and chipping. Doublebanded design eliminates detachment and
slippage.
Plastic CapWe use plastic end caps for tidy and uncluttered
design.
Rock GripsShapes and textures that mimic the feel of a real
rock, and factory-attachment to componentry provide an extra
measure of security for tight and gap-free fi t.
RopeRope is made from specifi c UV-protective polyamide yarns
with highstructured zinc coated steel strands. External polyamide
yarns make nets most colorfast against the intense ultraviolet and
internal steel strands make nets much stronger, more durable and
more fl exible.

- Press the start button on the scoreboard, and after the
starting signal, 100-second will be counted-down on the
scoreboard.- Two type of color lights on touch pad and tough steps,
blue and red.- If a player touches the pad while blue lighting on,
scoreboard on blue gets 1 point.-If the remained time appears on
the scoreboard as 0, the ending signal rings, showing the final
score of each color on the scoreboard.
