Steubenville and to lead Institute in new direction.
Met with key Administrators and Faculty at Franciscan University and negotiated new details to Memorandum of
Understanding, including Franciscan University acknowledgment of new course.
Provided non-degree programs in adult faith formation via videoconferencing.
Led team to strategize diocesan-wide 12 month plan to form Directors of Religious Education, Permanent Deacons,
Youth Minsters, and Catechists.
Developed budget template ($225k annually).
Troubleshot problems with physical plant (computer hardware, software, security systems, well water system)
Began repairing the brand by meeting with leading diocesan, parish, and school personnel.

faithfulness to the Magisterium.
Received $5K “Teaching and Learning” grant to author a 4-volume set of textbooks on CD-ROM, resulting in the
consolidation of official Catholic Church documents in moral theology for students and researchers.

Composed first Agreement between Catholic Diocese of Evansville and John Paul the Great Catholic High School,
resulting in official recognition by Diocese of the latter as a private, independent Catholic school.
Raised $500K in pledges and donations by sending letters, making phone calls, presenting at parishes, and personally
meeting with potential donors which resulted in school opening on Aug. 11, 2009.

Drafted foundational documents. Conducted faculty hiring interviews. Investigated accreditation procedures.
Wrote first Student-Parent Handbook, which provided the way for John Paul the Great Catholic High School to begin.
