• Worked directly with district manager to oversee development and performance of up to 60 store personnel to increase productivity and implement inventory controls by performing bi-weekly schedule audits and monthly budget forecasts
• Conducted bi-weekly cash audits in four stores, each grossing an average of $550,000 to $750,000 in monthly sales, to ensure proper cash handling, smooth operations, and efficient procedural actions by all store associates and managers
• Coordinated and conducted several rounds of interviews with selected applicants and determined whether candidates were an appropriate fit for a given position through evaluation of skills, fit, and past experiences within similar industries
