     The real problem of our country is not totallyunemployment, but the inability to generatequali!ed graduates to !ll in the needed supply

    in the -ob market, and the Information Technology $IT% graduates is no exception inthe increasing trend to the mismatch ofeducation output and industry needs $/sian&evelopment 0ank, 2**+%.

    7igni!cance of the 7tudy

     This study is going to be signi!cant to the following, so that they will understand the role andimpact on the preparedness of Information Technology graduates in respect to their -obresponsibilities@

    3nstitutional +0ecuti%es. This study will give them impetus and insights on the role oftechnology in their institutions, thereby, reali(e and understand the multifaceted nature andmanagement of technology in education and prepare students to make them employableand meet the demands of the industry.

    The 3T =aculty.  This study hopes to enhance them to understand the conditions underwhich they work and aid their e?orts to make the best uses of technology in their classrooms,laboratories, and oCces. 5nly with these e?orts can faculty defend against technologiesthreats to high quality teaching, academic freedom and supportive working environments.

    The 3T >raduates. Through the use of advanced technology, interactive learning does notonly take place which can simulate students to think, get motivated and involved inenhancing their learning and problemsolving skills, but also will have access to high qualityeducation including workstations, online learning, rich interactive information resources,excellent books and custompublished materials. These collaborative work challenges them to

    use the rich information resources available that meet their individual learning needs,abilities, preferences, and interests thus making them quali!ed for any -ob positions that areavailable in the industry based on their college degrees earned.
